摘要
目的了解初中生网络成瘾(IA)状况及其影响因素,为学生网络成瘾的防治提供参考。方法采用Young网络成瘾诊断问卷(YDQ),网络使用情况问卷,冲动量表,青少年网络成瘾预测问卷,儿童行为量表,IOWA Conners父母、教师评定量表,对方便抽取的长沙市1 183名初中生进行调查。结果 IA组共108例,患病率为9.13%。IA组上网时间1 a以上、每周上网10 h以上、经常在网吧上网报告率显著高于对照组。IA组父母、教师、学生评分和对照组之间差异均有统计学意义。Logistic回归分析发现,男生、每周上网10 h以上、上网年限1 a以上、在网吧上网、违纪行为、注意缺陷/多动、焦虑是网络成瘾的危险因素,学习绩效是网络成瘾的保护因素。结论 IA初中生存在着更多的行为、情绪、学习问题,其与网络使用特点交互作用是造成网络成瘾的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of Internet Addiction(IA) for junior high school students,and to explore the influencing factors of IA.Methods A convenient sampling method was conducted to choose 1 183 junior high school students in Changsha city.By using Young's Diagnostic Questionnaire for Internet Addiction(YDQ),Barratt Impulsivity Scale(BIS-11),Internet Addiction Predict Test for Adolescents(IAPT),Achenbach's Child Behavior Checklists(CBCL) and Conners Inattention/Overactivity with Aggression(IOWA) for parents and teachers,all the participants were questionnaired.Results There were 108 students meeting YDQ criterion and the prevalence rate was 9.13%,and they were taken as IA group.Students of IA group who use Internet more than one year,spent more than 10 hours on the Internet per week and mainly got online in the Internet cafes were observably higher than control group.There was significant difference was found between the IA group and the control group assessed by parents,teachers or student's own.Logistic analysis revealed that male,spend more than 10 hours on the Internet per week,use Internet more than one year,mainly got online in the Internet cafes,Delinquency of CBCL,Inattention/Overactivity of IOWA by teachers and the anxious factors of IAPT were the risk factors of IA.And the school performance was the protective factor of IA.Conclusion Students with Internet addiction have more behavioral,emotional and learning problems,especially ADHD and bad school performance.These elements interacted with the characteristics of Internet usage may be the main factor of Internet addiction.
