Innovative Reflection on Ideological Guidance for Youth in Internet Era

互联网时代,青年思想在形成过程中面临以下5个方面的冲突:虚拟性与现实性的冲突,自由性与约束性的冲突,个体性与合作性的冲突,多样性与主导性的冲突,主体性与权威性的冲突。在这种时代背景下,青年思想引导工作必须引入创新机制,对引导的观念、方式、载体、队伍成员的素质进行创新,以适应时代发展的要求。

Youth thinking in internet era is facing the following five aspects of the conflict during its formation： conflict of virtual and reality, conflict of freedom and constraint, conflict of individuality and cooperation, conflict of diversity and dominant as well as conflict of subjectivity and authority. Ideological guidance for youth should introduce innovative mechanisms to guide the concepts, methods, carriers and quality of team members to meet the requirements of the times.
