公司发展战略是指对公司发展整体性、长期性、基本性的谋略,其内容包括发展定位、挖掘资源和战略措施等。本文主要从资源整合、服务品牌、组织战略规划与设计等三方面重点研究物流公司发展战略及对策。
The development strategy of a company refers to the integrity, long-term and fundamental strategy of the company development, which includes the development localization, the mining resources and strategic measures, etc. This article discusses the development strategy and countermeasures of logistics company mainly from the following three aspects: resources, service brand, the organization's strategic planning and design.
