摘要 邓小平和谐教育理论包括教育优先发展论、学校发展均衡论、培养目标全面论、师生关系和谐论、教育质量决定论。教育发展优先论不仅从理论上确立了我国教育在经济社会中的基础地位,而且从实践上始终把教育作为关系我国社会主义现代化建设和中华民族历史命运的根本问题;教育和谐论提出了"四有新人"的培养目标,确立了我国和谐教育的根本任务是为社会主义现代化教育培养素质高、适应性强、能满足各行各业需要的合格人才;学校发展均衡论既是学校的"两条腿走路",也是教育"普及和提高的"两条腿走路;师生关系和谐论既提倡"尊师重教",又主张"尊师爱生",使教育者与受教育者和谐相处;教学质量决定论不仅论证教育质量是学校教育的生命线,而且指出了其在民族素质、国家命运、社会主义前途和国际竞争中的决定性作用。 Deng Xiaoping's harmonious education theory includes the theory of giving priority to the development of education, the theory of school development equilibrium, the theory of comprehensive training objectives, the theory of the harmonious teacher--student relationship, and the teaching quality determinism. The theory of giving priority to the development of education not only theoretically establishes the basic status of education in our country's economy and society, but in practice, always takes education as a fundamental issue related to our country's socialism modernization construction and the historical destiny of the Chinese people. The education harmony theory puts forward the talent cultivation targets, and establishes the ultimate mission of our country's harmonious education, which is to train qualified talents who have high quality, strong adaptability and can meet the needs of all walks of life for the socialist modernization education. The school development equilibrium theory is the school's "walking on two legs", which also belongs to the education's "popularization and improvement". The teacher--student relationship harmony theory not only advocates "respect teachers and value education", but also "respect teachers and love students", in order to have a harmonious teacher-student relationship. And the teaching quality determinism demonstrates that the quality of education is the lifeline of school education, and points out its decisive role in the national quality, the fate of the country, the socialist future and also in the international competition.
