摘要
对发酵液中灵菌红素提取工艺进行探索.利用单因素和正交实验考察提取温度、时间、pH值、超声波等因素对灵菌红素提取率的影响.确定了灵菌红素提取最佳的工艺条件为温度25℃、时间20min、30kHz条件下超声波辅助提取2次,灵菌红素的提取率可达到94%,为其进一步分离纯化奠定了良好的基础.
The technology for extracting the prodigiosin from the fermentation liquid was explored. Factors affecting the prodigiosin extraction rate were systematically investigated by single factor and orthogonal experimental design from the extracting temperature, time, pH and ultrasonic processing and so on. The optimum conditions for extracting prodigiosin are determined that the ratio of extraction could reach 94 ~ after extracting for two times with the assistance of the ultrasonic wave at 25℃, for 20min, and with the frequencies of 30kHz. And it would lay a foundation for the further separation and purification of the prodigionsin.
