分壁式精馏塔分离醇类三元物系的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 自行设计分壁式精馏塔用于分离乙醇-正丙醇-正丁醇三元物系,并获取最优的操作条件。当进料中乙醇-正丙醇-正丁醇的质量比为1∶3∶1,回流比为7,液体分配比为1∶3,气体分配比为1∶1时,实验的分离效果最佳,塔顶产品中乙醇的质量分数为98.15%、侧线产品中正丙醇的质量分数为95.67%、塔釜产品中正丁醇的质量分数为94.77%。 The separation of alcohol ternary mixture of ethanol,1-propanol and n-butanol was researched by the self-designed lab experiment equipment on Dividing Wall Column.The optimal operation conditions were ascertained.When the mass ratio of ethanol,1-propanol and n-butanol in feed was 1:3:1,reflux ratio was 7,liquid distribution ratio was 1:3 and gas distribution ratio was 1:1,the separation performance of the experiment were the best.The mass fraction of ethanol in the top product was 98.15%,the mass fraction of 1-propanol in the side product was 95.67%,and the mass fraction of n-butanol in the bottom product was 94.77%.
