HPLC法测定江西栀子中栀子苷含量研究

Study of the Assay of Jasminoidin in Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis from Jiangxi by HPLC

用HPLC法测定了江西栀子中栀子苷的含量。色谱柱:Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×416 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(15∶85)流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波线性长:238 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:栀子苷进样浓度在6.4～32.0μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为Y=29.802X+3.75(r=0.9996),平均回收率为为98.3%。江西不同产地的栀子中栀子苷含量范围在2.9%～3.8%,高于2010版药典规定。

The determination of jasminoidin in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis from Jiangxi was studied by HPLC.The conditions were Kromasil C18 analyticalcolumn（250 mm×416 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（15：85）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min,detection wavelength was 238 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The method had good liear relationship in the ranges of 6.4～32.0 μg·mL-1 for jasminoidin（r=0.9996）.The average recoveries were 98.3%.The assay of jasminoidin in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis from Jiangxi were 2.9%～3.8%.
