摘要
通过对催化汽油选择性加氢脱硫工艺主要技术叙述,介绍生产装置在初次生产运行出现催化剂有活性,但脱硫率不高的问题,通过排查分析发现是催化剂在硫化时氢气中CO含量高造成,通过对催化剂重新硫化,催化剂活性、脱硫率恢复正常。从运行的情况可以看出本装置能生产满足国Ⅳ标准汽油硫含量。
Through the introduction of FCC gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization process technique recite,the operation problem in the first running was introduced.From analysis,it found that it was caused by the high content of CO in gydrogen in vulcanization.Through the catalyst revulcanization,the active and desulfurization of the catalyst got right.The operation showed that the gasoline produced by this unit can meet the requirement of sulf content of IV Chinese standard.
