摘要
《食品分析》是一门实践性很强的课程,其内容相当丰富,涉及到食品的一般成分分析、有害物质分析、功能性成分分析、包装成分分析等,为食品的质量控制提供了必要的依据。目前,该课程在教学中仍存在一些问题。为此,本文从教学计划、方法及内容等角度对《食品分析》课程体系教学提出了几点建议。
Food Analysis was a course that provided important protection for the improvement of quality of human life.Currently,there were some deficiencies in the teaching system of Food Analysis.Hence,some suggestions on teaching food analysis course were proposed from the perspective of teaching plan,method,content,etc.
