摘要 城乡义务教育均衡发展是促进教育公平的时代焦点课题。义务教育均衡发展的根本是教师资源均衡配置。现有的城乡教师轮岗、支教和挂职等措施在城乡教师资源配置中存在治标不治本缺陷。随着以教育信息化带动教育现代化战略的实施,发挥现代信息技术优势促进城乡优质教师资源共享,提升农村地区教师自身整体素质,为城乡教师均衡配置提供了新的研究视野。 The balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education is a focal topic about education equality. The balanced faculty allocation is the fundamental of balanced development of compulsory education. The present measures, such as urban and rural teachers' exchanging work, urban teachers going to help rural teachers, have defects and can not solve the problem completely. The implementation of the strategies for promoting education modernization by education informationization, for sharing excellent faculty resources and elevating the rural teachers' professional qualities provides a new research perspective for the balanced allocation of urban and rural teachers.
