重庆高校校园网络舆情管理机制探析

On the working mechanism of management of Chongqing colleges' online public sentiment

网络作为信息传播的新媒体,已经成为大学生获取知识和各种信息的重要渠道和表达交流思想的场所。当前,重庆高校网络舆情管理工作主要存在管理主体不明确、管理制度不健全、管理机制不完善等问题。重庆高校应建立网络舆情监测机制、引导机制和舆情突发事件的应急机制,减少网络舆情对大学生产生的负面影响,促进大学生的健康成长。

As the new media of spreading information, the network has become the important method and place for college students to obtain knowledge and information and communicate their ideas and emotions. The main problems in the management in this aspect are as follows： the subject of management is not clear; the system is not sound; the administrative mechanism is not perfect. In view of these problems, Chongqing colleges should establish the monitoring, guiding and emergency mechanisms so as to reduce the negative effect of online popular feelings on the students and peomote their healthy development.
