摘要
在系统分析教材的基础上,结合我国食品标准与法规现状,对教学内容进行了创新,并在创新中实施案例教学,充分调动了学生的学习积极性和主动性,有效提高了学生思维分析能力、口头表达能力以及社会适应能力,取得了良好的教学效果。
Based on the systematic analysis of the textbooks and combining the food standard and law of China, we create the teaching contents and adopt case teaching method. This arouses the students learning initiative. As a result, the students' abilities of thinking and analyzing, oral expression and social adaptation are greatly elevated.
