新土地流转政策下乡村旅游产业化发展探析

Exploration of the industrialization development of the rural tourism abiding by the new policy of land circulation

伴随着乡村旅游的开发,原有的农村土地利用方式也发生了根本性的转变,更多的农村剩余劳动力从原有的土地制度束缚中解放出来,加速了土地经营向规模化、集约化、科技化和资本化转变。本文在研究土地流转与乡村旅游发展的基础之上,分析了在乡村旅游开发中农户土地收益权维护存在的问题,并针对存在的问题,提出了相关的对策建议,以其进一步推动乡村旅游产业化发展。

With the development of rural tourism, the former land utilization mode is changing greatly. The emancipation of more rural surplus work force from the old land system quickens land marketing to large scale, intensification, sci-technologizaton and capitalization. On the analysis of studying land circulation and rural tourism development, this paper analyzes the problems about the farmers＇ right protection of land income in the development of rural tourism and puts forward some corresponding suggestions so as to further promote the industrialization development of the rural tourism.
