浅析体育教学对高校学生心理障碍的疏导 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前大学生心理问题的现状及心理治疗中存在的难题,研究体育锻炼对大学生心理障碍的治疗作用具有现实意义。体育课作为大学人文素质类课程之一,除达到增强大学生身体素质的教学目标外,还能在大学生心理障碍疏导过程中起到一定作用。体育教师应该加强关心学生身心健康,注意体育教学与心理障碍疏导的联系。 In view of college students' psychological problems and the difficulties in psychotherapeutics, the study of therapeutic effectiveness of the physical exercises is very important, As one of college humanistic-quality-type courses, physical education (PE) course has the function of guiding students' psychological disorder besides increasing their physical quality, PE teachers should care about the students' physical and mental health and pay attention to the relationship between the PE teaching and the guidance of their psychological disorder.
