信息技术的迅猛发展将为数字图书馆的发展带来新的机遇和挑战,并推动其朝着知识服务的目标迈进。本文通过审视数字图书馆发展面临的环境机遇和挑战,分析数字图书馆最新发展趋向,在此基础上探讨在知识环境下数字图书馆的发展与建设目标,并提出如何构建相应的数字图书馆发展应用保障体系。

The rapid development of IT brings new opportunities and challenges to a digital library and promotes it to the new target of knowledge service. On the basis of examining the opportunities and challenges and analyzing the latest development tendency, this paper discusses the development and construetion of a digital library in the knowledge environment and expounds how to establish its guarantee system of development and application.
