摘要
针对大型厚壁球壳上焊接插入式大管座时焊接应力大、变形难于控制的问题,进行了工艺试验,分析了整个焊接过程四个阶段的工艺,经实践得到满意的插入式大管座微量焊接变形的控制要求。
In order to solve the tough problem of large deformation produced during welding inserted pipes to a spherical shell with large wall thickness,welding procedure tests were performed,while specific 4 stages in the whole welding process analyzed.The welding deformation is finally controlled in a limited range based on above test and analysis results.
