摘要
凝汽器热交换管泄漏会造成锅炉给水水质恶化,严重危害机组安全运行。提出涡流检验技术对已泄漏的管子有很高的检出率,且对管壁腐蚀、冲刷减薄等有很好的预测能力,因而对存在缺陷隐患的热交换管可及时处理,预防事故的发生。
The leakage of heat exchanger tubes in condenser will lead to deterioration of boiler feed-water quality,which will endanger the operation security of the unit.The technology of the eddy current inspection being put forward has a high diagnose rate on the leaked tubes and a high foresight capability for pipe wall corrosion and wall thickness reduction of erosion.With the aid of the inspection technology,the heat exchanger tubes with hidden defects can be handled in time to prevent any accidents.
