氧化铈对低品位菱镁矿制备镁铝尖晶石材料的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以低品位菱镁矿与工业氧化铝为原料制备镁铝尖晶石材料,分析研究氧化铈对以低品位菱镁矿为原料制备的镁铝尖晶石材料中结晶相组成、结晶度、晶胞常数、微观结构的影响。用XRD法和SEM法对烧后试样的相组成和显微结构进行研究。利用X'pert plus软件对试样中结晶相的相对结晶度进行计算,并对镁铝尖晶石相的晶胞常数进行分析。结果表明:随着稀土氧化物氧化铈加入量增加,以低品位菱镁矿与工业氧化铝制备镁铝尖晶石材料中主晶相镁铝尖晶石晶胞常数和晶胞体积逐渐增加。当氧化铈加入量为0.8%时,主晶相镁铝尖晶石晶胞常数和晶胞体积最大。适量氧化铈在结构中所形成的适量缺陷会使镁铝尖晶石材料在制备过程中提高结晶相的结晶程度。氧化铈在镁铝尖晶石制备过程中的最佳引入量为0.6%。 Mg-Al spinel was prepared using low-grade magnesite and industrial alumina as raw materials according to the theory ration of MgAl spinel.The effect of rare earth oxide cerium oxide was studied on composition,cell parameters,crystalinity and microstructure of crystalline phases,microstructure of Mg-Al spinel.XRD and SEM were used to characterize the crystalline phased and microstructure.The crystalinity and cell parameters of the crystalline phases were estimated by X’ Pert plus software.The experimental results show that with the increase of rare earth oxide cerium oxide,the cell parameter and lattice volume of major phase Mg-Al spinel in the spinel material prepared from the low-grade magnesite and industrial alumina.When the cerium oxide addition was 0.8 %,the cell parameter and lattice volume of major phase Mg-Al spinel were maximum.Appropriate structural imperfection due to appropriate cerium oxide addition into the Mg-Al spinel material helps to degree of crystalintiy of crystal phase.The optical mount of cerium oxide addition into the Mg-Al spinel prepared from low-grade magnesite and industrial alumina.was 0.6 %.
