新型絮凝剂APAC与壳聚糖复配处理浊度水的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了复合絮凝剂聚合氯化铝-凹凸棒土(APAC)与壳聚糖(CTS)复配处理浊度水的效果,考察了APAC与CTS的投加量、浓度及投加方式等因素对除浊及降低残余铝含量的影响。结果表明,在pH值为8的条件下,对于117.3NTU的模拟浊度水,1 g/L的APAC、1.5 g/L的CTS用量分别为32 mg/L、6 mg/L,投加方式为先加APAC,搅拌后再加CTS,浊度、残余铝的去除效果较好,除浊率高于99%,残余铝含量低于0.2 mg/L,能够达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)。 The effect of turbidity wastewater treatment with APAC and CTS was studied by single factor experiment method and orthogonal experiment method.The factors which affect the results of reducing turbidity and residual aluminum such as the dosage and concentration of APAC and CTS,and the way of adding pharmaceutical were investigated.The results showed that the turbidity removal efficiency is best when the dosage ofAPAC and CTS was 32 mg/L and 6 mg/L respectively,the concentration of APAC and CTS was 1 g/L and 1.5 g/L,respectively,and CTS was added after APAC,the pH value was 8.The rate of turbidity removal and the residual aluminum is more than 99% and lower than 0.2 mg/L respectively,which can attain the aluminum concentration of the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2006).
