人工模拟不同外邪环境对正常及免疫低下小鼠一般情况的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Simulated Exogenous Pathogens on the General Situations of Normal and Immunocompromised Mice

摘要 目的探讨不同环境因素对正常及免疫低下小鼠一般情况的影响。方法选取64只昆明种小鼠随机分为正常组、风寒组、寒湿组、湿热组、低免组、风寒低免组、寒湿低免组、湿热低免组,每组8只。腹腔注射环磷酰胺80mg/(kg·d)连续3天制备低免模型,借助人工气候箱制备风寒、寒湿、湿热外邪环境模型。于造模前、后观察记录小鼠精神活动、毛色、进食量、饮水量、体重、皮肤、关节及大便情况,连续观察7天。结果与正常组比较,各模型组小鼠进食量、饮水量均明显减少,体重增长明显减慢(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与低免组比较,寒湿低免组小鼠进食量减少、湿热低免组的饮水量减少,且两组体重都较造模前减轻(P<0.05)。外邪低免组与相应的外邪组小鼠比较,各外邪低免组进食量、饮水量明显减少,体重减轻(P<0.05或P<0.01)。各模型组小鼠在精神状态、活动、毛色、皮肤、关节及大便等方面均有一定影响,而外邪低免组表现明显。结论 3种环境因素对正常及免疫低下小鼠的一般情况都有影响,对免疫低下小鼠的影响更为明显。 Objective To explore the influence of different exogenous pathogens such as wind, cold, damp, heat, on the general situations of mice. Methods Totally 64 Kunming mice were randomized into eight groups, including normal group, wind-cold group, cold-damp group, damp-heat group, immunocompromised group, wind-cold immunocompromised group, cold-damp immunocompromised group, and damp-heat immunocompromised group, with 8 in each. The wind-cold, cold-damp and damp-heat environmental conditions were prepared by climate incubator for making the exogenous enviroment models and cyclophosphamide was given continously for 3 days thorough intraperitoneal injection 80mg/(kg·d) for making the immunocompromised models. The spiritual activities, haircolor, skin, joints, and stools of mice were observed ervery day, and the food consumption, water consumption, and body weight were recorded at regular time for 7 days in succession. Results Compared with the normal group, the food and water consumption in all model groups was significantly decreased, and the growth of body weight was significantly slowed down. Compared with the immunocompromised group, the food consumption in the cold-damp immunocompromised group was decreased, the water consumption in the damp-heat immunocompromised group was decreased, and the body weight of these two groups was reduced than before modeling(P0.05). Compared with the corresponding exogenous pathogen groups, the food and water consumption in all exogenous pathogen immunocompromised groups was significantly decreased and the body weight was reduced (P0.05 or P0.01). There was influence on the spiritual activities, haircolor, skin, joints, and stools of all model groups, while the effect was more significant in the exogenous pathogen immunocompromised groups. Conclusion All these three environmental factors affect the general situations of normal and immunocompromised mice and the influence on immunocompromised mice is more significant.
