摘要
本试验研究的目的在于研究犬在摘除晶状体后同步人工晶状体(intraocular lenses,IOL)植入后肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumour necrsis factor-a,TNF-α)细胞因子、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)自由基含量的试验。试验分为3组;试验第1组正常犬眼为对照组,试验2组犬眼为只进行晶状体摘除手术的组。试验3组为晶状体摘除手术后进行同步植入人造晶状体(IOL)的试验犬眼。结果:手术后3~12d试验2组和试验3组TNF-α细胞因子、NO自由基含量明显比对照组高,以后逐渐降低;术后3~24d,试验3组的TNF-α和NO含量比试验2组高。
This study was designed to investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and the nitrogen monoxide(NO) free radical content after the synchronized man-made intraocular lenses implants.The experiments were divided into three groups: group 1(normal dogs),group 2(dogs with lens excision),and group 3(dogs with lens excision and implantation of the man-made intraocular lenses).Our results showed that TNF-α and NO were significantly higher in group 2 and group 3 when compared with control dogs 3-12 days after surgery,but gradually reduced later.We also showed that TNF-α and the NO were higher in group 3 than in group 2 3-24 days after surgery.
