摘要
介绍了医院利用关键业绩指标法(KPI)的原理,建立了一套较为科学实用的绩效评价体系,确定了医院各科室的效率及效益量化指标,并在实践中有效地推动了医院和科室目标的共同实现,对医院的可持续发展起到了关键作用。
The paper introduced the hospital's attempt to build a scientific and practical set of performance evaluation system based on KPI. The system determines the quantitative indicators for the efficiency and performance of each department, and effectively helps accomplish common objectives of the hospital and its departments, playing a key role in the sustainable development of the hospital.
