代谢计算在分子稳定性分析中的应用

摘要 本文总结了人工代谢算法当前的主要应用领域,分析了信息技术在分子模拟分析中的发展趋势,给出了应用于分子稳定性分析时的代谢计算编码设计模式。并以几种常见分子为例,基于代谢计算分析了物质的稳定性。分析结果表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。 This paper summaries the main application fields in the artificial metabolic algorithm and discusses the development trend of information technology in molecule simulation. Based on the coding design mode in metabolic computing, the paper describes an analysis process about molecule stabilization. As some common molecules for examples, molecule stability can be discussed and compared by the metabolic computing method. The result shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the method in molecule stabilization analysis.
