The hydroxyl-terminated poly（diethylene glycol dinitrazaalkanoate） polymer（ORP） is a kind of novel energetic binder,it possesses high oxygen content and energy,as well as low sensitivity.The synthesis of ORP and its recent applications in formulations of tactical missile and minimum signature propellants abroad are summarized.
