高锰氮Cr25超级双相不锈钢热加工工艺研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON HOT PROCESS TECHNOLOGY OF HIGH-Mn-N Cr25 SUPER DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL

摘要 通过Gleeble-3800热模试验机对真空感应熔炼的00Cr25Ni2Mo3Mn10N0.5超级双相不锈钢的铸态样品进行了高温拉伸实验。结果表明,00Cr25Ni2Mo3Mn10N0.5超级双相不锈钢的变形抗力随变形温度升高而减小,随应变速率增加而增加。变形温度1 000℃以下,因σ相析出,热加工性能较差,高于1 200℃时因奥氏体/铁素体界面出现锯齿状形态,热加工性能变差。00Cr25Ni2Mo3Mn10N0.5超级双相不锈钢在1 000~1 200℃范围内具有较佳的热加工性能。 Elevated deformation behavior of 00Cr25Ni2Mo3Mn10N0.5 super duplex stainless steel was studied.The tensile tests of experiment alloy were measured at different temperatures and different strain rates.The results showed that the deformation resistance increased with the temperature decreasing or with the strain rate increasing.It showed a bad hot workability when temperature was lower than 1 000 ℃ due to the appearing of σ phase appearing,and higher than 1 200 ℃ due to the jagged-shaped ferrite/austenite boundaries.The 00Cr25Ni2Mo3Mn10N0.5 super duplex stainless steel was of a good hot workability at the temperature range within 1 000 ℃ to 1 200 ℃.
