浅层稠油SAGD水平井与直井联合钻完井技术 被引量:6

摘要 目前国内外浅层(超)稠油开发技术还存在一定的局限性。浅层稠油SAGD水平井与采油直井联合开采技术方案,能有效解决水平井开采中沉没度不够、油井维护困难等诸多问题。针对该方案实施中存在水平井钻井难度大、两井连通风险高等一系列技术难题,借助最新的MGT磁导航钻井技术,实现了水平井井眼轨迹的精确控制,满足了SAGD水平井轨迹控制的要求。结合MGT磁导航技术,采用研制的特殊大直径套管段铣和扩眼造穴工具,保证了水平井和直井的成功连通。SAGD水平井与直井采用砾石充填完井方式,合理制定两井联合完井工艺流程,形成了完整的适合SAGD水平井与直井联合作业的砾石充填完井工艺。 At present,the technology in developing shallow heavy oil reserviors still has some limitations.Reservior development of joint operation of SAGD horizontal well and vertical well in shallow heavy oil can effectively sovle this problems of insufficient submersion and well maintenance.In order to solve the drilling completion technical difficulties of SAGD horizontal well and vertical well joint operation,the MGT magnetic navigation technique was used to meet the requirement of SAGD horizontal well trajectory control.Combined with this technique,large diameter casing forging and milling tools,and borehole enlarging tools ensure the connection between horizontal and vertical wells.Gravel pack completion was selected for SAGD horizontal and vertical wells.A suite of gravel pack completion technologies for SAGD horizontal well and vertical well joint operation is developed.
