三分群血细胞分析仪检测后按复审标准进行血涂片复审的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的在三分群血细胞分析仪自动检测后按复审标准进行血涂片复审以提高血细胞分析检验报告的准确性。方法对我院秀英门诊2010年1-5月应用KX-21三分群血细胞分析仪检测的21528份标本符合复审标准的6579份标本进行血涂片复审结果进行统计。结果6579份复检标本,复检率为30.6%,镜检阳性率为29.0%,经对1905例阳性患者临床病历追踪查询,统计到被诊断为血液糸统疾病的有129例。结论血细胞分析仪检测后按复审标准进行血涂片复审利于提高血细胞分析的准确性。能够减少临床漏诊与误诊。 Objective To improve the accuracy of blood cell analysis by blood smear review based on review standards after three-differential blood cell analysis. Methods In 21 528 OPD blood samples tested by KX-21 three-differential blood cell analyzer from January to May in 2010, 6 579 were reviewed by blood smear review based on review standards. The blood smear results wave statistically analyzed. Results In the 6 579 samples, the review rate was 30.6%, and the positive rata of microscopic examination was 29.0%. Through tracing investigation of 1905 positive patients, 129 are diagnosed as hematological diseases. Conclusion Blood smear review can improve the accuracy of blood cell analysis and decrease missed diagnosis as well as misdiagnosis.
