日粮中添加马铃薯渣发酵蛋白饲料对肉鸡生长性能和肉品质的影响

Effects of potato residue fermented on growth performance and chicken quality of broilers

日粮中分别添加30%3种菌马铃薯渣发酵蛋白饲料和30%5种菌马铃薯渣发酵蛋白饲料饲喂AA肉鸡.结果表明,马铃薯渣发酵蛋白饲料能降低肉鸡的料重比,提高饲料中蛋白质的利用率,增加肉鸡鸡肉中蛋白质质量分数,降低脂肪质量分数.3种菌发酵蛋白饲料饲喂效果优于5种菌发酵蛋白饲料.结果提示,3种菌马铃薯渣发酵蛋白饲料能增加AA肉鸡体质量,降低料质量比,可以部分(30%)代替日粮.

The broilers＇ diets were added respectively with 30% 3 fungus fermented feed and 30% 5 fungus fermented feed for 30 days. The results showed that potato residue fermented feed could decrease the proportion of feed-weight, increase the utilization rate of protein and increase the protein content, decrease the content of fat. The effect of 30% 3 fungus fermented feed is prior to 30% 5 fungus fermented feed. The results showed that potato residue fermented feed could raise put-on-mass, decrease the proportion of feed-weight and partly （ 30% ） instead of diets.
