摘要
介绍了电热法制磷电炉导电材料技术参数的选用及效果,通过电极阻抗引起的电热损失和电极电流密度差异增加的电极消耗对比,指出制磷电炉电极技术参数选择得合适,可以提高多电极制磷电炉生产操作效果,达到节能降耗、增加综合经济效益的目的。
The selection and effect of technical parameters for conductive material of electrothermal process phosphorus furnace are outlined.By comparing the eletrothermal loss caused by the electrode resistance and the electrode consumption increased by the difference between the electrode current density,it is pointed out that the technical parameter selection for the electrode of phosphorus furnace is suitable,which can improve the production operation effect of the multiple-electrode phosphorus furnace,and realize the purpose of saving energy,reducing consumption,increasing comprehensive economic benefit.
