摘要
在硫铁矿制硫酸的生产过程中,同时伴生高温硫铁矿渣,含有大量余热。初步探讨了回收利用硫铁矿渣显热的途径,阐述了利用硫铁矿渣显热进行原料干燥的方案,并进行了热平衡计算,认为,采用该方案可回收利用硫铁矿渣显热约65%,从理论上讲是可行的。
During the production of sulfuric acid from pyrite,high-temperature pyrite slag is generated,which contains large amount of waste heat.A preliminary discussion on ways to recover and utilize the sensible heat from the pyrite slag is given,and the plan to utilize sensible heat from the pyrite slag for drying the feedstock is described,and the heat balance calculation is carried out.It is considered that by using this plan,about 65% of the sensible heat from the pyrite slag can be recovered for utilization,which is theoretically feasible.
