There has been a dilemma of structure by ＇one power to several weak countries＇ inside SAARC.Iran and Afghanistan＇s entry would change this situation.Afghanistan has formally joined SAARC.Iran has already become the observer of SAARC and probably will eventually join it officially.No doubt,the two countries＇ participation will promote the regional cooperation in South Asia and achieve a greater success,as well as expanding SAARC＇s international presence.
