域外城市房屋征收类型化研究

Typed research on the urban house expropriating system in the West

研究西方征收制度的起源和发展可知,城市房屋类型化征收的出现有着历史必然性。对域外的一般征收制度、区段征收制度、扩张征收制度、保留征收制度以及香港地区的强制售卖等制度进行深入分析,对我国房屋征收制度的完善有积极的借鉴意义。

This paper highlights the necessity for the typed house expropriation system in China on the basis of a review of the origin and development of the system in the West.It also introduces some expropriation systems and analyzes their advantages,for example,the general foreign ones,sectional expropriation ones and the coerced selling ones in Hong Kong.
