摘要
介绍了分析复杂系统规律的第二代多元统计分析方法——偏最小二乘回归(PLS)的原理和技术特点,利用国内第一款在Excel中实现PLS的软件——PEW(PLS+Excel+Word)对钢铁流程之一的烧结工序限制性环节——影响烧结矿低温还原粉化指数RDI的因素进行了分析.此技术提供了一种模型简单有效,物理意义清晰明确的分析工具,可以打开错综复杂,影响因素交叉重叠这一看不见的钢铁生产各流程黑箱,指导操作调整,指引改造升级,为解析、优化钢铁生产流程的各限制性环节提供了一个很好的手段.
The fundamentals and technical features of the partial least squares regression (PLS), i.e. the second generation of multi-variant statistical analysis for complex system, are presented in the article. The reduction degradation index (RDI), one of the limiting factors in sintering process, was analyzed using the PLS application software adapted to Excel, i.e. the PEW( PLS + Excel + Word). It was shown that being simple and effective, the technique threw a light on solving all involved problems associated with the production processes that were once looked as an invisible blackbox. The technique also brought us a better way to deal with the limiting factors existing in the steel and iron making process as a whole.
