摘要
在机械制造业中,薄板件以质量轻、结构紧凑等特性广泛运用于各行业的机械部件中,但其加工工艺性能往往比较差.本文将针对一个典型的薄板零件在普通数控车床上采用特殊的加工方法,获得简单实用、经济性强的加工方案,为同类薄板零件的加工提供借鉴和参考.
Being light- weighted and compact in structure, sheet shaped parts are widely used in machinery industry, though their machinability is usually poor. Here, as an application case, a typical sheet - shaped part was machined using a special procedure on an ordinary numerical control lathe, and hence a practical and economical machining solution for the part was worked out, which would provide a guideline for machining the same type of parts.
