知识分子政治参与的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Intellectuals'Political Participation

知识分子由于拥有较多的专业知识及较强烈的参政议政要求,历来就是我国公民政治参与的重要主体。作为一个较为特殊的社会阶层,知识分子在参政上具有自身独特的优势,但他们在政治参与中还存在着参政议政的制度和机制不健全,脱离实际、对政治参与的期望值过高,带有功利性色彩、存在官僚化倾向及自治组织比较薄弱等问题。对此,应努力寻求解决这些问题的对策,进一步完善知识分子的政治参与机制,推动民主政治的建设。

Abstract： Intellectuals are always the main body of political participation in China for more professional knowledge and urgent requirement of political participation. Being a special social stratum, intellectuals have unique advantages in the process of their political participation. However, there are still some problems. For example, the system and mechanism of political participation is not perfect, some divorce from practice and have high expectations of political participation, their participation have utilitarian color and the tendency of bureaucracy, self-government organizations are relatively weak. So we should seek to find effective solutions to these problems, then further perfect the mechanism of political participation of intellectuals, and promote the construction of democracy.
