摘要
通过建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱法测定水中吡啶的方法,对实验的色谱条件、吹扫捕集条件进行了优化.测得吡啶在0.4~10mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数R为0.9990,检出限0.1mg/L,精密度和准确度佳,并考察了不同类型水样的回收率情况,回收率在56.0%~128%之间.表明该方法操作简单,且灵敏度较高,适用于水中吡啶的测定.
An analytical method with purge and trap-gas chromatography was developed for the determination of pyridine in water samples.Experimental parameters,including chromatographic conditions,purge and trap conditions,were optimized.The method's working curve of correlation coefficient was 0.9990;detection limit was 0.1mg/L.It had nice precision and accuracy.The recovery of different types of water conditions was investigated to get the rate of recovery between 56.0% ~ 128%.The method was successfully applied to determine pyridine in surface water and sewage.
