Legal education has been the important standard to test the social civilization and judicial construction.The course of Criminal Law plays an important role in the legal education.Criminal law teaching encounters a tremendous challenge in the face of judicial examination.It＇s necessary to reform the teaching contents,to innovate the teaching methods,to alter the testing measures in Criminal Law course in order to well deal with the relationship between the legal teaching and judicial examination.
