运用文献资料法、比较研究法等方法,阐述拓展训练的起源与发展,论述高职院校开设拓展训练的必要性和可行性,分析开展引入拓展训练时应注意的问题,为进一步在高职院校中开展拓展训练参考。

The use of literature,comparative study and other methods,this paper explains the origin and development of outward bound,discusses the necessity and feasibility for open outward bound,analyzes some noticeable problems when introducing outward bound,and provides the reference for further development of outward bound in vocational colleges.
