螺旋藻对高中生训练期间身体机能影响的某些生化指标分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究螺旋藻对高中生训练期间身体机能的影响,以17名准备参加体育高考的高三男生为受试对象,进行四周运动训练,并服用螺旋藻,在训练期间对血清睾酮(T)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血红蛋白(HB)等生化指标的变化进行测定。结果显示:服用"螺旋藻"后实验组受试血清T浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);螺旋藻能抑制大强度运动引起血清CK活性升高的趋势;实验组受试的血BUN与对照组相比有降低趋势;实验组受试的Hb明显提高(P<0.01)。提示服用螺旋藻能促进高中生新陈代谢,调节身体生理机能从而提高运动能力,是高中生良好的运动补剂。 In order to study the influences of spirulina on high school students' physical function during their training,taking 17 senior high school students who are going to take part in the physical education test of college entrance examination as research subjects,they were made to take part in the four-week training by taking spirulina.During training,the changes of some certain biochemistry indexes like T,CK,BUN HB and etc were tested.The result shows that,after taking spirulina,the concentration of blood serum T in EG proves to be obviously higher than that of CG(P0.01),spirulina can restrain the bioactivity rising of blood serum CK caused by intensive exercises;blood BUN of the objects of EG tends to decline by comparison with that of CG.There is an obvious increase in Hb of the objects of EG(P0.01).The study shows that spirulina is a kind of excellent nutrition for high school athletes,which can improve their exercise ability by improving their metabolism and regulating their physical function.
