新中国民办中等职业教育发展历程评述

Review and Reflection on the Development Process of Non-governmental Secondary Vocational Education of New China

建国以来,我国民办中等职业教育伴随着国家社会、经济体制的改革经历了改造消亡、艰难复兴、快速发展、规范发展四个阶段。特别是改革开放30年来,民办中等职业教育更是取得了长足发展。民办中等职业教育的起落与我国特定的历史条件和经济体制改革是分不开的。在职业教育市场化竞争日趋激励的今天,民办中等职业教育要取得长久持续发展,必须把握好三个原则,即根据自身实际条件,明确办学发展目标;利用管理体制优势,面向市场自主发展;抓住市场发展机遇,形成多元化办学格局。

Since the establishment of the people＇s republic of China,the development of non-governmental secondary vocational education has gone through four stages of reform and elimination,difficult renaissance,rapid development and standardized development with the national economic reform.In order to achieve long-term sustainable development under the increasingly competitive environment,the development of non-government higher vocational education must grasp three principles： clarify school development objectives according to realistic school-running conditions;try to achieve self-development facing to market by taking advantage of management system;grasping marketing development opportunity to form pluralistic school-running pattern.
