再论活血化瘀法在小儿肾病综合征中的应用

Second discussion of the application of the method of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis in children's nephrotic syndrome

肾病综合征的中医病机本质是本虚标实,血瘀是贯穿病程始终的关键病机,而瘀血是导致本病发病、缠绵难愈和促使病机恶性循环的重要病理因素。活血化瘀法正是切中小儿肾病的这一关键病机,通过消除瘀血,从而阻断病机恶性循环,使病痊愈并防治其转化为难治性肾病。活血化瘀法还具有充足的现代药理学研究依据,故重视并规范应用该法有重要的理论和临床意义。

The TCM pathogenesis essence of nephrotic syndrome was that deficiency lied in the root and excess in the manifestation.The blood stasis was the essential pathogenesis passing through the course,but the ecchymosis was the important pathology factor that caused the occurrence and persistence of the disease and even achieved vicious circle of the pathogenesis.The method of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis was this essential pathogenesis precisely hitting children nephrosis.With elimination of the ecchymosis,vicious circle of the pathogenesis was blocked and the disease was cured and prevented to develop into incurable nephrosis.This method also had sufficient modern pharmacology research basis.Therefore highlighting and standard application of this law had important theoretical and clinical significance.
