苍连清热健脾止泻散治疗小儿秋冬季腹泻病50例

Cang Lian Qingre Jianpi Zhixie Powder in the treatment of 50 cases of children with autumn and winter diarrhea

目的:观察苍连清热健脾止泻散治疗小儿秋冬季腹泻病的疗效。方法:将80例腹泻病患儿随机分为治疗组50例和对照组30例。治疗组给予苍连清热健脾止泻散治疗,对照组给予蒙脱石散口服,观察2组大便次数、性状、腹痛等临床症状及大便常规化验结果。结果:治疗组治愈29例,好转16例,未愈5例,总有效率90%;对照组治愈10例,好转11例,未愈9例,总有效率70%。2组疗效经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:苍连清热健脾止泻散能明显缓解小儿秋冬季腹泻病症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Cang Lian Qingre Jianpi Zhixie Powder in the treatment of children with autumn and winter diarrhea.Methods： 80 cases of children with diarrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group of 50 patients and the control group of 30 patients.The treatment group was given Cang Lian Qingre Jianpi Zhixie Powder,while the control group was given Montmorillonite Powder orally.Clinical symptoms such as the frequency and character of patents＇ stool,abdominal pain,and stool laboratory results were observed.Results： Among the treatment group,29 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,and 5 cases no effect;among the control group,10 cases were markedly effective,11 cases effective,and 9 cases no effect.The differences among 2 groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Cang Lian Qingre Jianpi Zhixie Powder can significantly relieve children＇s autumn and winter diarrhea symptoms.
