直肠灌注菌痢宁治疗儿童细菌性痢疾60例

Rectal infusion of Jun Li Ning in the treatment of 60 cases of children with bacillary dysentery

目的:观察直肠灌注中药"菌痢宁"治疗儿童细菌性痢疾的疗效。方法:将120例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。2组均口服常规西药,治疗组在此基础上加中药汤剂"菌痢宁"灌肠治疗。7 d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈39例(65.0%),显效19例(31.7%),有效2例(3.3%),总有效率100.0%;对照组治愈14例(23.3%),显效22例(36.7%),有效15例(25.0%),无效9例(15.0%),总有效率85.0%。2组总有效率比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论:直肠灌注中药"菌痢宁"治疗儿童细菌性痢疾疗效显著,方便易行,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of rectal infusion of TCM Jun Li Ning in the treatment of children with bacillary dysentery.Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases each.2 groups were given orally conventional medicine.The treatment group was additionally given rectal infusion of TCM Jun Li Ning decoction.7 d as a course of treatment.Results： Among the treatment group,39 patients were cured（65.0%）,19 cases significantly effective（31.7%）,and 2 cases effective（3.3%）,with total effective rate of 100.0%;among the control group 14 cases were cured（23.3%）,22 cases significantly effective（36.7%）,15 cases effective（25.0%）,and 9 cases no effect（15.0%）,with total effective rate of 85.0%.Comparing the total effective rates,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Rectal infusion of TCM Jun Li Ning bore significant effect in the treatment of children with bacillary dysentery,and it was convenient and practical,worthy of clinical promotion.
