谈儿科临床教学中学生综合素质的培养

On overall quality training of students in pediatric clinical teaching

为了适应社会发展的要求,培养医学生的综合素质与能力十分必要。从培养临床辩证思维能力、加强基本功的训练、培养与患者沟通能力以及高尚医德医风的教育4个方面论述了在儿科临床实习教学中如何注重培养学生的综合素质。

In order to meet the requirements of social development,training of overall quality and ability of the medical students was necessary.This paper discussed how to focus on overall quality training of the students in the pediatric clinical teaching from four areas as training clinical dialectical thinking ability,strengthening basic skills training,developing communication skills with patients and fostering noble medical ethics.
