摘要
分析了使用Autoform和Dynaform分析汽车覆盖件模具时出现的问题.通过规范CAE分析流程,设计正交实验,运用遗传算法优化参数,修定标准,从而降低了CAE分析的误判率.生产实践检验表明,显著提高了设计质量,节约了生产成本.
According to the current situation that sheet metal CAE analysis result's are insufficient consistent with the scene. The paper summed up the problem of using Autoform and Dynaform on auto body die's. In order to reduce the error judgment by the results of CAE, corporations can make the standards by standardize CAE analysis process, design orthogonal experiment and optimize the parameters. Practice has proved that consummation CAE analysis can improve design quality evidently and reduce production cost.
