摘要
本文针对我国高校引进海外人才的国际化发展趋势,分析了当前我国高校在引进海外人才方面存在的问题,借鉴发达国家引进人才的经验,提出了我国高校引进海外人才应采取的对策。
Based on the international development tendency of Chinese university introducing overseas talents,analyzed the current problems of Chinese University introducing overseas talents and the strategies of developed countries,and finally proposed the countermeasures thereof referring international experience.
