近几年来,衡阳市石鼓区信访部门深入推进社会管理创新,不断探索新时期信访工作的运行规律,建立健全信访工作长效机制,积极畅通信访渠道,依法规范信访秩序,切实解决群众合理诉求,妥善处理信访突出问题和群体性事件,全面加强石鼓区信访工作的各项建设,全区信访工作规范有序地发展,取得了较大的成效,给综治维稳和信访界提供了有益的启示。文章总结了石鼓区信访工作的主要做法和突出成效,介绍了该区信访工作的主要经验,得出了有建设性的几点启示。

With unremitting efforts of the petition handling department of Shigu District in recent years,the creation of social management in this district has been deeply boosted,the running rule of petition work in the new period continuously explored,the long-term mechanism of petition work established and perfected,the appeal channels actively unblocked,the appeal order legally normalized,people＇s reasonable appeals effectively settled,the outstanding problems and group events in petition works appropriately solved and various items of petition handling work comprehensively strengthened.At present,the petition work in this district is carried out orderly and good effect has appeared.It presents some beneficial inspirations for the work of ＂Comprehensive administration and stability maintenance＂ and for the circle of petition handling work.The paper summarized the main methods and remarkable achievements of petition work in Shigu District,introduced its main experiences and put forward several constructive inspirations.
