With the long history of stock market,British is one of the most developed stock market world wide,characterized by its sound securities legal framework,and its comparatively mature securities regulation system.This paper focuses on the introduction and analysis of British securities legal framework and regulation system,and hopefully,it will help to improve China＇s securities legal system and the securities regulation system.
