高职学校应该基于工作过程导向设计与改革酒店管理专业的课程体系,以"工作过程导向、工作任务引领、课程结构模块"为课程设计理念,形成以职业活动—工作岗位—工作内容-工作任务为总体构架的"完整的工作过程"模块化课程体系。

The polytechnic college should design the curriculum of hotel management by the guidance of working process with the conception of ＂working process guidance,task leading and modular curriculum structures＂,then the whole working process modular curriculum structures will come into being with the framework of professional-position-duties-task.
