摘要
俄罗斯创新型大学发展战略与中国的"211工程"和"985工程"有很多相似之处,但也各具特色。探讨俄罗斯创新型大学发展战略的背景、基本架构和保障机制,以期对我国的高等教育强国战略有一定的借鉴作用。
There are many points of similarity between the development strategies of Russia＇s innovative university and the ＂211 Project＂ and ＂985 Project＂ of Chinese university,but both of them also have their own characteristics.To explore the background,basic framework and safeguard mechanisms of the development strategies of Russia＇s innovative university,and combs their experiences both positive and negative,in order to make certain reference to the great power strategy of China＇s higher education.
